政府辅导在农民合作组织建设中的作用体现——以台湾地区农会发展为例

Role of government guidance in construction of farmers' cooperation organizations: a case study of Taiwan Farmers' Association

台湾地区农会发展取得了成功,政府加强对农会的辅导起了很大的作用,这种辅导集中在骨干人员的培养、合作精神与合作知识的培养、业务技能的培养三个方面。在我国农民合作组织的发展中,可以积极借鉴其经验,加大政府辅导的力度,将更多资源转向服务;从规范建设入手,重视农民合作意识的培养。

The successful development of Taiwan Farmers＇ Association should be attributed to a large extent to the effort of government guidance ,which focuses on three aspects：training the essential staff, cultivating the spirit and knQwledge of cooperation, and improving business skills. It provides reference for the development of farmers＇ coop- eration organizations in China ,which may pay more attention to the government guidance,the resources to service, and the cultivation of the spirit of.cooperation of farmers with standard construction.
