摘要
将体验式教学理论运用于大学生职业生涯规划教育,不仅能有效激发学生学习的主动性和创造性,还能够提高教学效果和提升教学质量。以体验式学习理论为基础,植根南昌工程学院大学生职业生涯规划教育实践,详细论述体验式教学的运用过程,并着重检视运用过程中所存在的问题,为高校体验式职业生涯规划教育的科学化和专业化发展提供了路径。
The application of experiencing teaching in undergraduates' career planning education can effectively arouse students' initiative and creativity as well as enhance the effect and quality of learning. Based on the experien- cing teaching theory and the undergraduates' career planning education practice in Nanchang Institute of Technolo- gy,the paper discusses in detail the process of experience teaching,especially the problems in the process of appli- cation. It is proved that experiencing teaching is scientific and professional in career planning education.
