摘要
“平垸行洪 ,退田还湖”是根治水患的重大举措 ,但存在的情况和问题不容忽视 对存在的问题及对策 。
The measure of pushing over the embankment in lakeside areas in order to make flood pass and return the field in lakeside areas to lake in order to store flood is a great measure on flood control,but the existing problems can′t be neglected.Based on the existing problem,this paper put forword the countermeasures.
