摘要
根据山洪形成的原因和特点 ,采用洪峰调查法估算山洪流量和水位 。
Based on the reason and characteristic of freshet,we adopted the flood peak investigation method to estimate the freshet discharge and water level and this paper put forword the flood control measurement on town of mountain area.
