知识治理研究回顾:成因、现象、表现维度、机理及作用综述

Knowledge Governance Revisited: A Review on Causes,Phenomenon,Dimensions,Mechanism and Effect

从知识管理障碍、知识与组织的间隙及知识组织结构三方面分析了知识治理的成因。对知识治理现象进行了探讨,归纳了知识治理的表现维度,并且揭示了知识治理的机理及其在战略层面、战术层面及运作层面的作用。研究发现:知识治理研究聚焦于六个维度:结构与机制、治理过程、组织安排与设计、效益产出、资本与战略、跨学科与交叉性。通过设计与完善正式与非正式机制可以提高知识的创造、共享与使用的效果。

This paper analyzes the causes of knowledge governance from knowledge management obstacles, gap between knowledge and organization and knowledge organization structure. Knowledge governance of phenomenon is discussed. The dimensions of knowledge governance are summarized, the mechanism of knowledge governance and functions of the knowl- edge governance in strategic level, tactical level and operational level are revealed. The result shows that researches of knowledge governance focus on the six dimensions： structure and mechanism, governance processes, organization arrange- ment and design, beneficial output, capital and strategy, interdisciplinary and intersection. Through design and improve the formal and informal mechanisms, the effect of knowledge creation, sharing, and use can be improved.
