摘要
双小车起重机有效地增加了生产过程中物料搬运、起降的可控性和平稳性,越来越多地应用在起吊大横跨度载荷的行业中。其主要承载结构箱形主梁的质量一般占起重机自重的60%左右。目前的双小车起重机按照单小车进行设计,为了降低能耗,节省基建费用,在对主梁桥架受力分析的基础上,采用结构分析软件Ansys建立有限元模型,并进行优化设计分析,得出的结果可为起重机设计、制造单位的安全和节能工作提供参考依据。
The double-trolley crane effectively realizes controllability and stability during handling and hoisting of ma-terials in the production process,which is more widely used in hoisting of the large-span loads.The box girder,as the ma-jor supporting structure,is about 60%of the crane self-weight.The current double-trolley crane is designed based on single trolley.To reduce energy and infrastructure cost,the structural analysis software Ansys is used to build the finite element model for optimal design analysis,with the results worked out to provide reference for crane designers and manufacturer in terms of safety and energy-conservation.
