简述了镍铁冶炼过程中的全自动焙砂多功能起重机的电控系统基本组成。全自动焙砂多功能起重机是镍铁冶炼过程中的重要提升设备,可在恶劣工况条件下实现全自动运行,具有较高的运行速度和运行精度,较大的调速范围;具有自动化程度高,工艺流程复杂,可以实现高速动态三维定位的功能。
The paper describes the basic composition of control system of full-automatic multi-functional calcine crane, which is the important hoisting equipment during the ferro-nickel smelting process,able to realize full-automatic operation under severe working conditions,showing high operating speed and precision and large speed-adjusting range.The system is provided with high-degree automation,complicated process,and high-speed dynamic 3D location.
