摘要 桥面吊装起重机臂架下铰点销轴是连接臂架和底盘的关键受力部件。本文采用Ansys软件中的接触单元,对该销轴铰接结构进行有限元分析,同时采用传统材料力学知识进行校核,并对比两种方法的结果。 The hinge pin of lower hinged point of bridge-deck hoisting crane boom is a critical load-carrying part of connecting the boom and chassis.The paper introduces the finite element analysis for such hinged structure through contact unit of Ansys software,which is checked with the aid of traditional material mechanical knowledge.Results from both meth-ods are compared as well.
