摘要
《宁波—舟山港总体规划》修订工作业已启动。结合笔者多年的港航工作实践,对宁波-舟山港总体规划修订过程中需集中解决的几大问题,提出一些具体的意见和建议。
As the revision to＂Ningbo-Zhoushan Port Master Plan＂ has been started, the authors, combined with their years of working practice, suggest, during the revision process, to concentrate on some major issues which need to be addressed, and then put forward some specific comments and suggestions.
