牙颌面畸形正畸及正颌治疗选择 被引量:7

Options of orthodontics and orthognathic treatment in dentomaxillofacial deformities

摘要 牙颌面畸形由于存在颌骨间、颅颌间三维方向上大小、形态或位置关系的不调,对于生长发育完成、颌骨关系严重不调的成人患者,单纯的正畸或正颌治疗均不能完美的同时解决颌骨及咬合关系问题,惟一的途径是正畸-正颌联合矫治。本文就牙颌面畸形患者生长发育过程中,正畸和正颌外科治疗方案的选择、时机以及联合治疗进行探讨。 Due to the dimensional size and direction rela-tionship between the jaws and craniofacial,dentomaxillofacial deformities is not adjusted perfectly in serious adult patients by a single orthodontic or orthognathic treatment. The perfect way is to employ orthodontic-orthognathic cooperation treat-ment. The paper discussed the options of orthodontic and or-thognathic surgical treatment as well as timing and combina-tion therapy during the growth and development of dentomaxil-lofacial deformities.
