世界经济论坛与博鳌亚洲论坛运营模式对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 世界经济论坛与博鳌亚洲论坛都已成为共同管理国际社会事务、促进全球和地区经济发展的重要交流平台,二者同样采用会员制的形式、运用商业化的运作模式来管理事务、致力于促进经济社会发展、通过前瞻的议题设置吸引与会者的眼球;然而,由于发展背景以及当前发展程度的不同,其在运营模式上存在着一定的差异,如对会员条件限制的不同、会员结构的不同、服务保障工作主体的不同等。相比世界经济论坛,博鳌亚洲论坛商业化运作不够充分,会员结构及合作伙伴存在"中国化"偏向,对智库的重视和利用不足。博鳌亚洲论坛在坚持"三高"目标的基础上,应更加重视品牌效应,加大与国际知名、有影响力的媒体以及世界知名大学的合作,扩大知识成果的影响力;要将服务保障工作外包,以切实强化商业化运作;并加大对国外会员的发展力度,逐步弱化"中国化"倾向。 Both the World Economic Forum and Boao Forum for Asia become the important platforms for co- managing international social affairs and for boosting global and regional economic development, use membership system and commercialized operation mode to manage affairs in order to boost economic development and to attract the participants by setting up anticipated meeting topics, because of the difference in developing background and currently developing degree, however, there is certain difference in operation mode, for example, the difference in member qualification limit, member structure, and the working main body of service security and so on. Comparing with the World Economic Forum, Boao Forum for Asia is insufficient in commercialized operation, is different in member structure, is preferential to " Chinese members" in member structure and cooperating partners and is inadequate in emphasizing and using wise people. Based on sticking to "Three High Objectives", Boao Forum for Asia should pay more attention to brand effect, strengthen the cooperation with internationally famous universities and internationally influencing media to enlarge the impacting forces of intellectual achievement, outsource service and security work to practically consolidate commercialized operation and largely develop foreign members to gradually weaken the trend of "Chinalization".
