摘要
本文对哥本哈根如何通过积极而全面的旧城更新建设引导城市的可持续发展进行概述,重点分析优先发展公共交通、中心区复兴、滨水区再生以及旧居住区整治等四种城市更新模式,探讨其更新策略及理念,为中国城市建设及发展提供借鉴与启示。
Based on case studies in Copenhagen,the paper explores the key strategies and concepts of this city,which is achieving great success in sustainable urban regeneration through active and comprehensive measures.The study analyzes the 4 most important modes in this process,including public transport priority development,city center rehabilitation,waterfront redevelopment,and old community improvement.The conclusion of the study provides reference and inspiration for Chinese cities which are also experiencing the corresponding transformation.
