浅谈师范类院校辅导员在就业指导中的作用

近年来,面向社会的师范类院校毕业生就业形势严峻,文章从供需矛盾、就业观念、社会体制等原因入手,探讨解决毕业生就业难的对策。认为应该通过建立以就业为导向的辅导员工作机制,切实提高辅导员就业指导能力,增强思想政治教育的时效性。

In recent years the employment situation of teachers, college graduates, is very grave in thejob market. In this paper, from the contradiction of supply and demand, concept of employment, so- cial system and so on, probe into the countermeasure. We believe that it should be established through taking the employment guidance of college counselor to improve the ability of employment guidance counselor, ideological and political education effectiveness.
