西南地区常春藤炭疽病病原鉴定 被引量:1

Colletotrichum Species on Hedera nepalensis in Southwest China

摘要 为弄清引起云南、贵州和四川3省常春藤炭疽病的病原菌种类,采用单胞分离法对引起3省炭疽病的常春藤病原进行了分离。通过显微形态特征和ITS分子系统学研究表明,常春藤炭疽病病原为常春藤炭疽菌(Colletotrichum trichellum(Fr.)Duke)。 To explore the species on Hedera nepalensis associated with anthracnose in Guizhou, Sichuan, and Yunnan, China, the anthracnose pathogens on the plant have been isolated by using single-spore isolation method. Based on morphological studies and ITS phylogenetic analysis, the phytopathogen was identified as Colletotrichum trichellum (Fr.) Duke.
