摘要
由于房地产市场过度增长,市场上出现投资性购房的非刚性需求,政府对此也采取了一系列措施。对房地产价格的影响因素很多,其中最主要的有人口数量、利率、国民经济发展水平。
As excessive growth of the real estate market, in- vestment buyers of non-rigid demand appeared on the mar- ket, the Government have also taken a series of measures. In combination with traditional factors and emerging factors e- merged in recent years, based on interpretative structural modeling,analysis the effect of these factor on real estate prices. The model analysis results clearly show the structure relationship of the factors affecting real estate price . Through ccmtact with the real estate industry, make recom- mendations accordingly countermeasures
