本文从房地产发展入手,探讨不同时期城市规划的重点,通过房地产市场的变迁分析,推导当代城市的发展趋势,总结当前城市规划的技术服务新内容,回归城市规划理应具备的科学性。
This article from the real estate development, this paper discusses the key town-planning of the different periods derived through analysis of the real estate market changes, the development trend of the contemporary city, summarizes the technical service system of the contemporary urban planning.
