摘要
央视新大楼的复杂外形以及超高、超限对结构设计提出了诸多挑战。文章介绍了这个项目结构设计与施工的主要特色。央视新大楼外立面的钢结构构件密度根据不同位置的应力变化而不同。为了满足倾斜外立面造型以及演播业务复杂的功能需求,设计者设置了大量的转换桁架,同时为了确保在不同地震烈度下的安全,采用了基于性能化的设计分析方法、性能验证和物理试验。在施工过程中,最大的挑战来自两座塔楼的连接。奥雅纳把这个项目设计和施工的成功经验逐渐运用到诸多其他项目中。
The unusual shape of the CCIV New headguarters in Beijing posed some enormous structural challenges during design. This article introduces the main features of the structure and construction. The primary braced steel structure is located in the skin, and the density of the bracingvaries to suit the large range of stresses experienced in different parts of the tower. The leaning form and varied functional programme, including the need to accommodate large studio spaces, results in the introduction of a large number of transfer trusses throughout the tower. Performance-based analysis, performance verification and experiments in physics are carried out to ensure the building safety under different levels of seismic event. The biggest challenge comes from the connecting of the two massive towers. Arup's design and construction of this work have been extended to many other projects.
