This paper presents the practical experience and development model of Shenzhen A＋E Architectural ＆ Engineering Design Co. Ltd. through three different types of model projects in three different regions. From the construction of the new countryside to urban gateways, from independent original design to collaborated projects, A＋E has tried to strike a balance between meeting client requirements and creating healthy, high quality urban spaces in a professional approach, to achieve their own dreams.
