从装配与模数、适用与耐久、低碳与健康、运维与节材、智能与计量5个方面入手,分析研究住宅建造全过程和全寿命期内的绿色低碳技术,将相关单项技术进行整合集成,形成一套集成技术解决方案和技术措施。

Starting from the aspects of the assembly and integration, the applicability and durability, the low carbon and health, the material saving and maintenance as well as the intelligence and measurement etc., this paper analyzes the green low carbon technology of housing during its whole construction process and its whole life cycle. Relevant individual techniques are integrated in this paper to form a set of solution on technical treatment.
