On the Archival Utilization Work in the New Situation

档案利用工作是以档案工作人员的服务活动为媒介，在档案与利用者之间架起一座桥梁，从而实现档案的有效利用。为了适应新形势的需要，本文重点论述了档案利用工作新的变化特点；利用工作应处理好的几个关系；档案利用工作的发展对策。

Archival utilization work which takes the service activities of archival staff as the medium builds a bridge between archives and users and then realizes the effevtive utilization of archives． To suit the needs of new situation the article discusses the new characteristics of archival utilization work several relations which utilization work should handle and developing countermenasures of archival utilization work．
