文章尝试将中国的20世纪70后建筑师与同龄美、欧、日本青年建筑师横向比较,剖析不同国家的社会、经济市场的背景如何塑造(或限制)青年建筑师群体的建筑价值观和未来发展方向。文章共分3个部分,对照分析中国、欧美、日本70后建筑师从时代特征、局限性和机遇三个方面。

The principal objective of this article is to make a parallel comparison between the architects born in the 1970s in the United States, Europe, and Japan. It attempts to make the point by illustrating the large cultural and economic backgrounds that have shaped the generation. The article contains three sections in its analysis of the characteristics, limitations, and opportunities of the three architect groups.
