项目位于重庆市北部新区，背靠照母山森林公园，前临重光水库，自然资源优越。项目的占地面积为386000m2，由于地处人口密集的市中心，在这里自然资源显得更加珍贵。如何保护、利用、提升场地的资源优势，完善功能定位，通过公共景观的品质来提升周边用地价值是该项目的关键。对于生活在快节奏、喧嚣的都市里的人们来说，一片纯粹的自然绿地无疑是洗涤心灵的最佳去处。该项目的设计定位是以生态手法打造典型的滨水公园，与现代都市环境形成强烈对比，使之尽可能在有限的山林空间内，带给人们多样化的景观体验，从而突显场地特色、提升场地价值。

This project is located in Chongqing New North Zone, facing Chongguang Reservoir and being against the Zhaomu Mountain Forest Park. The project covers an area of 386,000m2 in the densely-populated city center, where natural resources are more precious. The core of the design is about how to protect, use and promote the resource advantages on site, perfect the functional orientation of the site and, at the same time, enhance the value of surrounding land by the quality of public landscape. For people who live in the hustle and bustle of the city, a pure natural green landscape is undoubtedly the best place for them to purify their minds.The design orientation of this project is that with ecological design technique, the designers create a typical waterfront park that is in stark contrast to modern urban environment to bring to people more diverse landscape experience within a limited mountain space, and thus highlight the characte ristics and enhance the value of the site.
