摘要
在阐述了可持续发展理论的基础上 ,提出了水利与社会经济、生态环境可持续发展的评价指标体系 ,建立了模糊层次及灰关联层次综合评价方法 ,确定了针对关中地区评价指标的评分标准 。
In this paper, sustainable development theory was expounded. And evaluation indexes system of water resources, social economy and ecological environment were propouned. Established fuzzy multiple hierarchy evaluation model and gray relevance evaluation model, and scoring standard of Guanzhong region. And evaluated water conservancy sustainable development in Guanzhong region.
