An Introduction of Active Design Guidelines:Promoting Physical Activity and Health in Design of New York City and Thinking of Urban Sapce in Beijing City

本文介绍和分析了美国纽约市政府制定的纽约城市公共健康空间设计导则,包括导则针对的健康问题与理论突破、健康城市设计策略与健康建筑设计模式等3个方面。同时结合当代北京的实际情况,提出了与城市健康空间相关的问题,并建议开展相关研究。

This paper offers a brief introduction and analysis of Active Design Guidelines： Promoting Physical Activity and Health in Design of New York City, including the core focus and goal of the guideline, the strategies and guidelines of health-oriented urban design and health-oriented architectural design. Besides, some public health issue in contemporary Beijing which needs more attention from urban planners and architects are explored.
