随着我国社会的不断发展与进步,工程建设过程已不再是原来的单单考虑工程质量问题的时代了。分析我国工程造价管理中存在的观念落后、体制混乱、监管不力、人才稀缺等问题,提出解决对策,让有限的建设资金在工程建设中得到合理的利用,已经成为当前需要研究的重要课题。

With the continuous development and progress of our country, the construction process is no longer simply considering project quality time like original. Analysis of problems existed in the project cost management concepts backward, disordered systems, lack of supervision, the scarcity of talent, proposes the solution countermeasure, making the limited funds for construction to obtain the reasonable use in construction, has become an important topic of current research.
