在住宅产业化的时代背景下,建筑模数的作用显得尤为重要。本文通过回顾我国建筑模数标准过去的发展与现状,分析我国现行建筑模数标准存在的问题并提出未来的发展方向以促进住宅产业化的发展。

Under the background of housing industrialization era, the role of construction module is particularly important. This paper reviews the development and current situation of past China＇s architectural modulus standard, analyzes problems existing in our current building modular standard and puts forward the future direction of development in order to promote the industrialization of residential development.
