在世界多极化和全球经济一体化的国际大背景条件下,国际输变电工程招投标市场竞争日趋激烈。因此想要通过竞标在国际市场上争到一席之地,其难度可想而知。笔者就近几年的一些切身体会做了总结,希望在此与各位一起探讨。

The concrete imperious wal technology by spouting water method in seepage reinforcement engineering has been widely used, and its wal s have achieved good results in prevention of seepage and stability, made the contribution for our country＇s economic construction and social development. This paper mainly introduces the application of jet ed concrete wal in reservoir reconstruction project of Jiangxi provincial Party and government organs relocation replacement project, discusses the construction technology and construction methods of jet ed concrete wal , and further analyzes the detection method of project quality.
