水利工程造价管理贯穿着整个项目工程建设的全过程,其对项目工程成本控制和质量管理有重要的作用。加强对水利工程造价管理成为了相关水利建设部门的工作重心之一。本文主要分析了我国水利工程存在的造价问题,并在此基础上提出了针对性的措施,从而优化水利工程项目的投资效益。

The water conservancy project cost management runs through the whole process of project construction, which plays an important role in project cost control and quality management. To strengthen the cost management of water conservancy construction has become one focus work of the relevant departments. This paper mainly analyses the cost problems of water conservancy project in our country, puts forward corresponding measures, so as to optimize the investment benefit of water conservancy project.
