试论社会组织对中国现代风景园林建设与管理的影响和作用

Research on the Impact and Effect of Non-governmental Organizations in the Landscape Construction and Management of China

风景园林领域相关社会组织的逐步发展壮大,对行业发展和管理的正面影响越来越显著,但与此同时,也不可避免会出现一定的制约和负面效应。分析了当前中国社会组织对风景园林发展的影响与现状,指出应借鉴发达国家社会组织参与风景园林建设管理的有效经验,并对进一步深入与拓展风景园林建设管理的改革与发展提出意见和建议。

The Chinese non-governmental organizations （NGO） are playing an increasing important role in the management and construction of landscape architecture in China. However, there are still bottlenecks and constraints. This paper analyzes tile current situation of the Chinese non-go＇~＇ernmental organizations involved in landscape construction and management, tile impacts that NGOs have acted on the development of Chinese landscape architecture and the existing problems. This paper introduces the successful cases in developed countries and hopes to learn useful experiences from them. This paper also gives opinion and makes some suggestions ibr further development of landscape construction and management.
