摘要
本文从可持续适应性居住问题的角度出发,针对中国住宅家庭生命周期育儿阶段的居住需求,提出了育儿阶段儿童居住空间适应性的基本观点,通过分析其各个阶段的主要特点,归纳出家庭生命周期发展中具有成长需求的居住空间整体解决方案,探讨了适宜我国家庭育儿阶段的中小套型住宅适应性设计策略,以期能够作为今后住宅建设和设计的参考和借鉴。
Based on the sustainable adaptive living problem, this article points at the living requirements of Chinese housing in the family life cycle and gives some basic views on adaptive living space in family parenting phase. By analyzing the main features of different phases, the article summarizes the living overall solution about the growing requirements in the family life cycle. It also discusses the adaptive design strategies of small and medium size housing in family parenting phase, giving the reference for the future housing construction and design.
