摘要
建设生态宜居城市是当前城市发展和转型的重要模式,宁安市将建设生态宜居城市和历史文化名城结合起来,提出构建生态宜居的历史文化名城的目标,从整合城市社会和人文资源入手,加强对资源的保护和整合、创新;结合经济发展背景,对区域空间进行拓展和结构优化,以生态学原理合理设置城市用地空间和结构,构建合理高效的经济体系;对城中村、棚户区进行改造,保护历史文化名城,梳理城市空间,通过绿地和滨水空间体系的建立和景观风貌的规划,优化城市空间,构建景观怡人、独具人文特色的人居环境。
Establishing ecological and livable city is important in urban transition. Ning＇an raises building livable and ecological city vision, integrates social and humanistic resources, expands and improves regional space, arranges land use and structure by ecological principles, establishes high efficient economic system, renovates urban village and shanty houses, improves green space and waterfront landscape, and builds a livable city with beautiful landscape and humanistic characters.
