The essence of planning implementation evaluation is to find the correlation between implementation effects and impacting elements. Multivariable regression model is a quantitative study approach in explicating the relationship, and helps set up clear planning implementation evaluation framework. The paper reviews plenty of literature, and divides the approach into four types according to their variables, and manifests the characters of different approaches.
