我国新时期监狱建筑设计思考

从监狱在城市空间的布局、监区监管模式、规划、建筑等方面对我国新时期监狱建设情况做一概要性讨论,并对其中存在的问题提出区别罪犯类型、划分监狱等级、贯彻监企分开、加强管理环境和刑罚空间规范化设计等几项应对策略。

This paper makes an essential discussion on the construction state of prison architecture in new period of China in terms of spatial layout, supervision pattern, identity of planning and construction. Aiming at some problems at present, it proposes the countermeasures in aspects of distinguishing criminal types, determining prison grade, making separation of production from supervision, strengthening environmental management and standardized design for penal space.
