伴嗜酸细胞增多的血液肿瘤四例报告并文献复习 被引量：4

摘要 嗜酸细胞增高常见于慢性嗜酸细胞白血病（CEL）、慢性髓性白血病（CML）、骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）、骨髓增殖性肿瘤（MPN）、MDS／MPN综合征以及急性粒一单细胞白血病伴嗜酸细胞增多（AML—M4Eo）等多种血液系统疾病，而急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）、淋巴瘤及除AML-M4Eo以外的急性髓系白血病则罕见伴嗜酸细胞增高。我们自2008年以来收治4例伴嗜酸细胞增多的血液肿瘤患者，报告如下并复习相关文献。
