摘要
针对三峡工程坝基地质特性 ,通过在多次室内模拟灌浆试验和三峡工程 F2 1 5 断层施工现场中 ,采用自行开发研制的 HGB- 1(2 )型自动调速稳压变量泵及长江科学院研制的 CW1 ~ CW4系列化学灌浆浆材和中化 798系列化灌浆材 ,对其进行了高压水泥化学复合灌浆处理。经过现场取芯检查 ,各项参数均达到了设计要求的指标 :(1)变形模量 E≥ 15 GPa;(2 )抗拉强度 R≥ 1.3 MPa;(3)抗剪参数 C≥ 1.5 MPa,f≥ 1.3;(4 )轴心抗压强度 Ra≥ 10 .5 MPa;(5 )泊桑比μ≤ 0 .2 5 。
According to the geologic characteristics of TGP's foundation, based on the experience of lots of simulating tests in laboratory and grouting tests in situ,adopting our own manufactured HGB 1(2)pump possessing functions of automatic speed regulation, stabilized pressure and variable flow rate,and using the chemical grouting materials CW 1-CW 4 series,developed by Yangtze River scientific Research Institute and ZhongHua 798 series,the high pressure cement and chemical composite grouting treatment was performed for the TGP's F 215 fault.After taking samples and detection in situ,the results were very well,and satisfied all design requirements:i.e.(1)deformation modulus E ≥15 GPa;(2)compressive strength R a≥ 10.5 MPa;(3)tensile strength R ≥1.3 MPa;(4)shear resistance parameters C ≥1.5 MPa, f ≥1.3;and (5)Poisson's ratio μ ≤0.25.
