摘要
古仙洞水电站建成运行 1a后 ,其发电引水管道出现多处环向裂缝、原伸缩缝止水失效和较大面积龟裂等病害 ,致使管道漏水严重。其主要原因是地基产生不均匀沉降和温度变化。根据裂缝性质 ,采用喷涂、化学灌浆、粘贴GB复合板等方法综合处理。处理后经过运行试验 。
After completion and operation of the Guxiandong Hydropower station for one year,in the delivery penstocks,many circumferenttial cracks appeared,original expansion joints lost their sealing effects and cracks all over large area produced,so as to lead the penstock leakage seriously.The main causes for crack leakage were the non uniform foundation settlement and temperature variation.According to the crack properties, the comprehensive treatment methods, including spraying epoaxy resin, chemical grouting, binding GB composite rubber sealing sheet etc., were adopted. Through operation test after treating, the sealing effect was well.
