In order to improve the automatic level of mechanical processes and the quality of the productions,It is essential to study the on line monitoring technique.It is proved by the test that there are abundant acoustic emission signals produced during mechanical processes,which can be used for the on line monitoring of cutting,milling,drilling and other procedures of mechanical processes.
