摘要 水库调度是水库运行管理的中心环节 ,是水电厂实现安全、经济运行的重要手段。安康水电厂是西北电网中重要的调峰、调频及事故备用的主力电厂 ,也是汉江上游陕西省境内七级梯级开发中的第四级水电厂 ,在西北水库调度和西北电网调度中具有重要的地位。为此 ,建立安康电厂水库调度自动化系统极具重要性和必要性。该自动化系统的开发和建设 (包括硬、软件 ) ,已在近期内完成并投入运行 ;在今后几年内 ,将与全厂的计算机监控系统、MIS系统和大坝安全监测系统联网 ,实现资源共享、少人值班、远方监控的目标 ;同时该系统亦将成为汉江上游的区域性水调服务中心。 The reservoir regulation is the central link to the operation and management of reservoir and an important way to realize the safe and economic operation of hydropower plant. The Ankang Hydropower Plant is a main power plant in the Northwest Power Grid for peaking, frequency modulation and emergency standby and is the fourth stage hydropower station in the seven cascade development in the Upper Hanjiang River in Shaanxi Province. It is also has an important position in the northwest reservoir regulation and the Northwest Power Grid dispatching. For this reason, it is important and necessary for the Ankang Hydropower Plant to set up the reservoir regulation automation system. Its development and construction (including the hardware and software equipment) will be completed and put into operation in the near future. Within several future years, the reservoir regulation automation system will network with the computer supervisory system, MIS and the dam safety monitoring system of the Plant, in order to realize the goals of shared resources, unattended operation and remote monitoring. Meanwhile such system also will become a local water dispatching center in the Upper Hanjiang River.
