城市农民工身份认同调查研究——以上海市四川北路街道为例

The Investigation of Identity of Peasant-workers in Cities——A Case Study of Peasant-workers in North Si Chuan Street,Shanghai

本文从心理学角度,采用访谈法和问卷调查法从自我认同和社会认同两方面探究城市农民工的身份认同状况。调查发现,农民工存在着自我认同模糊或自我认同方面的困惑问题。在此基础上,探讨了农民工身份认同模糊的原因、身份认同模糊可能导致的社会后果及解决农民工身份认同问题的对策建议。

From a psychological point of view,, we took interviews and questionnaire to explore the identity of the city of peasant- workers from the two aspects of self- identity and social identity.. The survey found that peasant-workers have the problem of fuzzy self-identity or confused self-identity. On this basis, the thesis explores the reason of the fuzzy identity of peasant-workers,, social consequences that the vague identity may caused and suggestions that deal with the problem of identity of peasant-workers.
