摘要
员工工作压力是多元压力所致的结果,企业的绩效管理方式、薪酬管理模式、人际关系及员工的婚姻家庭生活等都有可能转化为压力传导给员工。解决员工的压力有利于企业提高生产效率,需要重视。文章采用比较法,设计企业员工多元压力的管理策略。研究发现,可以用企业社会工作的视角,通过提升员工的社会适应能力来根本解决员工的压力,具体来说就是采用增权管理、提升沟通与寻找资源技巧与能力、提升企业员工抗逆力等策略。
The situation of social environment as the enterprise performance management, salary management, and interpersonal relationship and family life, which enterprise employees faced to will be turned into pressure and the pressure will be transmissed to the staff. The staff's pressure is result of conduction of multiple pressures. From the perspective of social work, to alleviate multiple pressures should increase their ability to adapt to the society. So, the strategies of empowerment management, increasing the skills and ability of communication, promotion resilience would be adopted.
