板翘解毒口服液高效液相指纹图谱

HPLC Fingerprint of Banqiao Jiedu Oral Liquid

目的建立板翘解毒口服液高效液相指纹图谱分析方法。方法采用Kromasil 100-5 C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温为30℃;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(梯度洗脱);检测波长为280 nm;流速为1 mL/min。结果 10批板翘解毒口服液共标示出17个共有峰,鉴别了3个共有峰。结论该方法准确可靠,重复性好,为板翘解毒口服液的质量标准提高提供了依据。

Objective To establish the method of HPLC fingerprint analysis on Banqiao Jiedu oral liquid. Methods Kromasil 100 -5 C18 was used,with acetonitrile -0.1% H3PO4 solution （gradient alution） as a mobile phase, colum temperature was 30 ℃ ,detection wavelength was at 280 nm,and flow rate was 1 mL/min. Results 17 common peaks were separated from 10 batches of Banqiao Jiedu oral liquid. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, has a better reproducibility, and provides a reference for the quality control of Banqiao Jiedu oral liquid.
