全国科普示范县(市、区)活动分为创建和示范两个阶段,而对于在示范期各创建单位如何发挥示范作用缺乏有效的指导和管理。本文通过分析全国科普示范县(市、区)在示范期的工作特点,根据一定的构建原则,设定了示范期的评价指标。通过咨询专家进行完善,并根据专家对各指标重要性打分赋值计算权重,从而建立起完整的全国科普示范县(市、区)示范期评价体系,期望给全国科普示范县(市、区)活动的管理提供参考。

Bidding for a National Science Popularization Exemplary County （ city/district） is divided into two phases, constructing and demonstrating. As there is lack of effective guidance in management,constructing units may get lost on how to play their role in the ensuing demonstrating phase. Based on the analysis of the operation of National SP Exemplary Counties （cities/districts） in their demonstrating phase and following certain constructing principles,the essay tries to define a set of assessing indexes for practice.
