复方甘草酸苷联合利福平注射液及多西环素治疗急性布鲁氏菌病临床观察

摘要 目的:观察复方甘草酸苷联合利福平注射液及多西环素治疗急性布鲁氏茵病的临床疗效。方法:选择急性布鲁氏茴病患者108例,随机分为2组,治疗组和对照组,治疗组用复方甘草酸苷联合利福平注射液及多西环素治疗,对照组利福平和多西环素治疗。3周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察其临床疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率为79.6%;对照组治愈率为61.1%,2组比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为5.5%,对照组为18.5%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合利福平注射液及多西环素治疗急性布鲁氏茵痛疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床进一步研究。 Ohjective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of compound glyeyrrhizin combined with rifampicin injection and doxycycline in treating acute brucellosis. Methods: 108 patients with acute brucellosis were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group. The patients in treat- ment group were given oral dose compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with rifampicin injection and doxycycline,while control group were given oral close rifampicin and doxycycline to observe the clinical efficacy. One course of treatment was three weeks. After two course would evaluate the effect. Results For 54 patients in treatment group,the curative rate was 79.6% sand for 54 patients in comrol group,the curative rate was 61.1% ,comparing the results of two groups the difference was significant (P〈0. 05). Adverse drug reactions of the treatment group was 5.5 %, while that of control group was 18.5 %, the differ enee was significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion Compound Glycyrrhizin combined with rifampicin injection and doxycycline is a new and effective treatment meth- od for acute brucellosis.
