穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖160例

Acupoint catgut embedding for treatment of simple obesity in 160 cases

目的：优选提高治疗单纯性肥胖的方法案。方法：将160例患者随机分为穴位埋线治疗组（治疗组）和传统针刺治疗组（对照组）各80例，依据疗效标准，观察穴位埋线前后肥胖指标的变化，并进行疗效分析。结果；一个疗程后，治疗组总有效率：86．25％，与对照组相比80％，三个疗程后，治疗组总有效率95％．与对照组相比88．75％，结论；穴位埋线减肥对单纯性肥胖疗效显著。

Objective： To improve the treatment of simple obesity optimization method. Methods, 160 patients were randomly divided into acupoint cat- gut embedding therapy group （treatment group） and traditional acupuncture group （control group） 80 cases, according to the standard of curative effect ob- servation of the changes of indices of obesity, acupoint catgut embedding before, and to analyze the effects. Results, After one course of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group, 86.25%, compared with 80~~ in the control group, three months after treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group is 95 ~, compared with the control group, 88. 75~. Conclusion, The acupoint catgut embedding significant therapeutic effect on simple obesity.
