不同难度系数根管的疗效评价

The effect evaluation on treatments of the root canal in the variable difficulty

目的：研究与不同难度系数的根管对根管治疗成功率的影响。方法：随机选取2011年6月～2012年2月需进行根管治疗的412例根管为研究对象，根据预定的根管治疗难度评估标准进行分级，统计学分析不同难度根管治疗的成功率。结果：Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度根管的成功率分别为98．4，89．2，77．4％，卡方检验显示各组间有统计学意义。讨论：根管的难度系数对治疗效果有重要影响，建立客观的根管评估体系对临床治疗有重要的指导作用。

Aims：To study the impact on the success rate of root canal treatments in the root canal of variable difficulty. Methods,We colleeted 412 root canals with root canal treatments from Jun. 2011 to Feb. 2012. Root canals were graded according to the difficulty of root canal and the effects were analyzed on the suceess rate of root canal treatments. Results：The treatment sueeess rate of grade I, II, III root canal were 98.4 %, 89.2 %, 77.4 %, respectively. Chi-- square test showed there was statistical significance in different groups. Conclusions：The difficulty of the root canal has a major impact on the treatment effect. It is important to establish an objeetive root eanal grading system in guiding clinieal treatments of the root eanal.
