经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生26例的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的临床效果和安全性。方法:回顾性分析了2007年2月~2010年12月26例BPH患者采用经尿道双极等离子电切术,并对疗效进行分析。结果:全部26例患者均一次顺利完成手术无TURP综合征及闭孔神经反射发生,出血量(60±20)ml,术后无残余尿。结论:经尿道双极等离子体电切术疗效好,手术创伤轻,并发症少,可推广应用于前列腺增生症患者。
