心理管理路径在恶性肿瘤患者心理治疗中的应用

Application of psychological management path in the treatment of patients with malignant tumor.

目的：根据恶性肿瘤患者住院期间的心理活动变化，按心理管理路径对患者进行心理治疗，以获得更佳的治疗效果。方法：通过对心理因素进行评估、分析心理演变过程、针对心理问题进行疏导、确定心理治疗方案、采用两组进行对比分析等方法时患者进行心理治疗。结果：实施心理管理路径组的患者疾病预后质量显著高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：恶性肿瘤患者经心理管理路径治疗可明显提高其生活质量。

Objective： according to the hospitalized during the psychological activities of patients with malignant tumor, the psychological management path of psychological treatment for patients, in order to obtain a better therapeutic effect. Methods： the psychological factors, psychological analysis to eval- uate the evolution process, aiming at the psychological problems, psychological therapy, counseling determined by two groups of contrast analysis method of psychological treatment on patients. Results： the patients prognosis psychological quality management path group was significantly higher than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： in patients with malignant tumor of the psychological management path treatment can significantly improve the quality of life.
