恶性肿瘤微血管密度检测的临床病理意义研究进展

摘要 本文从肿瘤微血管生成的分子机制,微血管密度检测方法及标志物选择、微血管密度的临床病理意义三方面对国内外相关文献及其研究成果进行分析和综述,对其指导临床判断不同肿瘤类型生长、浸润及转移程度所存在的差异做一简要评述,为后续通过开展微血管密度的深入研究以完善,临床预测、治疗肿瘤,准确判断其预后的方法提供指导。
