环氧合酶-2在骨肉瘤病理生理机制中的作用
摘要
骨肉瘤是目前最为常见的原发性恶性骨肿瘤，发病时多无典型临床症状，很容易与外伤与生长疼痛相混淆，因此，难以早期及时诊断，约20％的患者初诊时发现有肿瘤的转移。到目前为止，骨肉瘤的机制仍不明确。近年来，研究者们发现环氧合酶-2（Cyclooxygenase-2，COX-2）与多种肿瘤的生长、代谢和预后密切相关。
