活血消痛颗粒的质量标准研究

摘要 目的:建立活血消痛颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对活血消痛颗粒中当归、苏木进行定性鉴别,并采用高效液相色谱法对方中丹参酮Ⅱ^进行含量测定研究。色谱柱:AgilentElipse-C18柱(4.6mml50mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(75:25);流速:1.0ml/mia;柱温:35℃;检测波长:270nm。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰;丹参酮ⅡA在浓度为2.-40μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为97.84%,RSD=1.98%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可以作为活血消痛颗粒的质量控制方法。。 Objective: To establish quality standards for Huoxuexiaotong granule. Methods; TLC was used to distinguish Danggui, Sumu, HPLC was used for the determination of tanshinone II ^. The column was Agilent Elipse-C18 column(4.6mm150mm, 5μm) ; mobile phase were methanol - water (75: 25) ; the detection wavelength was at 270nm; flow rate at 1.0ml? rain-1 and column temperature at 35℃. Results: The TLC spots were clear and negative sample is non--interference; tanshinone II^. show a good linear relationship in the range of 2.48-12.40μg/ml, r = 0. 9998, the average recovery was 97. 84M with RSD=1. 98% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reliable and can be used as quality control for Huoxuexiaotong granule.
